To have full access to the online event platform, a stable internet connection is required.
If you are attending the conference from China, you will need a stable internet connection with a short latency period (max 200 ms to Europe or the US). An additional VPN connection is needed to have access to the used online services like Amazon AWS, Vimeo, YouTube and several other services.
If you have access to a VPN connection (non-corporate), please try if you will get access to the event platform using your login credentials. These will be sent to you via email after you have registered for the event and the payment has been completed. Please note that you can access the online platform only when it is live (1 week prior to the event at the latest).
If you do not have access to a VPN connection or the one you use does not give you access to the event platform, best is to use another VPN connection.
